Iniquityclothing Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Hi folks I have been experiencing issues with 'Easy Populate 2.76f-MS2 r1 - Default Language : english(1)' and I am wondering if I backup my DB and re-install osCommerce if that might correct the problem, The issue is that I cannot make the attributes of my items appear in the catalog after I have specified them in the .csv and uploaded them? ♥geoffreywalton Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Unlikely It sounds as if the file you are creating to upload does not contain the required information. Try reversing the process.... Download a complete file and look in it for a line that is for a part that is displayed correctly. Delete all the other lines in the file, except for that one and the header row. Edit the product line and add x to the end of the description and upload the file. Go and view that part on your site and see if it displays correctly with the x. If it does, then the upload file has the correct headings and you can use it to start adding new parts or update current ones sucessfully.
