ochang Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 HI there! Need help! I've searched through whole forum til I'm now cross-eyed and haven't found the answer. I'm in the process of doing a complete makeover of my website to a new one. With my old one, the automated receipt sent from Authorizenet states Order #, description, Billing Info., Shipping Info. and purchased items listed by item #, description, item price and item total, shipping, taxes, total. With the new site, we're in test mode and we're using OS commerce and don't seem to be able to customize it. An automated receipt with subject heading "Order Process" is sent out, without cust. email/phone number which I need to send to my fulfillment center. Called Authorizenet and was told that their automated receipts are NOT customizable, except for header/footer. I've read throughout the whole forum and have seen in my old sight that there are some degree of customization via SIM/AIM. 1. How do I go about to interface data from OS Commerce shopping cart to Authorizenet? 2. Are data sent from Shopping cart to authorizenet, approved, then sent back to shopping cart for it to send out automated receipt? Or are data sent to authorizenet, approved, then automated contains data from shopping cart and sent out from authorizenet gateway? (this was how it was explained to me @ Authorizent). I've had to fire my first web developer after they were 20 weeks into an ECommerce project (which I paid good $). I'm now onto my 2nd company - they've been awesome but stuck in this area.
