spax Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 There is some helpful info about this in the Knowledge Base:http://oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/Catalog_Area/Boxes/49 Hope this helped, Er, Bill. Are you trying to drive your post count up?
bkellum Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Er, Bill. Are you trying to drive your post count up? Er...NO! But I am not going to hand feed people either. The answer to what the original poster wanted to do is detailed in the Knowledge Base link that I posted. Why should I go to all of the trouble of duplicating what is already in the Knowledge Base. The link discussed a method that can be used to create an about_us page, just what the original poster had requested. I quote: Open the catalog/shipping.php page in your favorite editor and save it as another name, for instance, about_us.php. If I sound ticked it is because I am. Your comment was a complete insult to me giving up my free time to try to help. Who cares about a post count???? I sure don't!  If you take the time to notice the close proximity to your response and mine you will see that I most likely opened this post and did not respond immediately, therefore; I did not see your response. You will also notice that we both gave the same advice. No harm, no foul. At least the original poster got a good scense that this was the way to answer the issue at hand. OK...I'm over it. Life is too short to stay upset. Bill Kellum Sounds Good Productions STS Tutorials & more: STSv4.6, STS Add-ons (STS Power Pack), STS V4 Forum STS Forum FREE TEMPLATE

I meant it in a light hearted way so I don't why you are throwing your toys out of your pram. Did I touch a nerve? You seem to be a react first, think later type of guy, as the time between your last post and edit suggests. At least you read the thread, eventually.

Peter, I will send you a private message so as not to bore the public regarding this matter. I hope we can help each other someday in the future.
