implementation of discount/coupon ?

hi.

 

If a user bought a product (software), I would like to give him a DISCOUNT on other products, and also to give him the upgrade (a seperate download) for free.

 

The nearest thing that I found so far to this is the "seperate pricing per customer" contribution, but I was wondering if there are other solutions.
