I am looking at putting a bit text info as for rules to follow before submitting links. I have looked in english/links.php and catalog/links.php. Did not find

define('TEXT_MAIN', '') no where. Just to try something, I added that section in english/links.php and typed a bit of text. Saved and closed.

 

But my links.php did not show the text. So is this something that can not be done. I am running V_1.8 links manager.
