create_account_process.php error

hi!

 

i've just installed oscommerce and my account creation does not work. i get the following errors when i don't have a product in the basket. if i have but something in the basket, everything works fine.

 

the account is created but the error message appears anyway.

please help. i've already search for answers but i was not lucky.
