I've installed this contribution for free shipping. http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/146" target="_blank"> http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/146 Went well with no issues. What I'm unable to do is select any other zone but "none" or "OH". I'd like to specify this as free only in CONUS.
