Motley_17 Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 I have a strange problem. I haven't been able to find any topics to help me with it. I have the taxes all set up, zones etc, and tax rates. But what is happening is that when someone creates a new account and they use the full version (ie Ontario), the tax doesn't register. If they sign up using ON, the tax works fine. Even though in the zones, the full version is used (ie Ontario) . I have added the automatic dropdown box that uses the full name and so the tax is not working properly. What do I do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
