Thumbnail text makes boxes different sizes

Hello

 

Referring to the front page of

http://www.dickensworld.co.uk/ecommerce/shop

 

The descriptions are of different lengths and making the boxes go all over the place

 

Has anyone come across this before - do you know what to do?

 

Any help greatly appreciated
