this is at the top of course..how do I fix this.. ?

 

It is telling you to set the correct permissions an the file catalog/includes/configure.php. Set it to 644, 444, or 400 depending on your server setup.

 

If you use an ftp program like filezilla (or any other good free ftp program), you may be able to use this to set the permissions on the file by right clicking on the file, and then selecting file attributes. Otherwise, you will have to use the filemanager in your web host's control panel.

 

If you do not use an ftp program like filezilla, then it is in your own interests to do so.
