Hi,

I am in a bit of a pickle as I recently moved webhosts and my new host is having a hard time getting osCommerce that was configured on the old server to work correctly on the new server. There are modules that were added that are not showing up in the admin to install, regular modules like payment and shipping that cannot be installed plus from the customer side the inventory is there but when you click on any of the links for more info or to order the page says "sorry, item not found"

Here is snap of the admin index page:

He said he followed the directions provided on the site to transfer the osC but it is still not correct. I would be willing to pay for some help/support to get my store back up and running. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. If you want to you can also send me a message if you prefer to go that route.

Thanks,

SD

You got my hopes up when I saw that page. Unfortunately it doesn't work since my old osC was using v1.97 php v4.4.4 mysql 5.0.22 and my new host is php5 and mysql5.

Is there a solution to this? or does osC need to be reinstalled from scratch and then import the database?
