the admin part of my page is not working anymore. the only thing i did was editing the .htaccess file that someone told me to do to get the lock showing up on the admin side. since then i cant get to my catalog backend, file manager or any of the links. it just sits at the adminstrative home page and when i click a link it just reloads the page. the link address's show up in the status bar but never work. i undid the fix the person told me to do to my htaccess and nothing. please help this has been killing me the past day or 2. thanks

did you back up the website? Or atleast have an orginal copy of that file that you changed. If you just upload that from your computer to your server and replace the changed file with the original, you should be back to square one and then you can copy the code that you tried to enter and people can tell you where you went wrong..

DO NOT PM ME FOR HELP. My time is valuable, unless i ask you to PM me, please dont. You will get better help if you post publicly. I am not as good at this as you think anyways!

HOWEVER, you can visit my blog (go to my profile to see it) and post a question there, i will find time to get back and answer you
