one shop too many in email link, after change of status

when the order status is changed (from open, to sent for example), the customer reicieves this link in his/her Email:

 

https://ssl.webpack.de/gillespie.de/shop/shop/account_history_info.php?order_id*****]https://ssl.webpack.de/gillespie.de/shop/sh...p?order_id*****

 

there is one Shop too many here and it should read

 

https://ssl.webpack.de/gillespie.de/shop/account_history_info.php?order_id******]https://ssl.webpack.de/gillespie.de/shop/ac...?order_id******

 

I don't know which file to change in order to fix this,

 

can anybody help me out, I'm a beginner
