How to create multiple shipping rates base on weight?

Hi!

 

I am new to Oscommerce and I have installed Oscommerce, but I don't know how to setup Multiple shipping rates base on weight of item and here is some of what I want:

 

 

1. Wholesale Domestic: $15/dozen and $5 for each after.

 

2. Wholesale International: $28/dozen and $12 for each item after.

 

3. Single Domestic Package: $15 and $5 for each item after.

 

4. Single Item to International: $15/item.

 

I really appreciate if anyone can give me some ideas/suggestions.
