I have sub_categories inside each main category and I want that page to be worked with a little but I don't know what file to go about editing. If you want to change the look of the pages or certain elements of the pages, go to stylesheet.css - there you can change the font, the colour of the lines around the boxes, the background colour of the boxes, etc. If you want to change column width, you would probably need to add a contribution, posted at http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ons,4796/page,4 However, all the changes you make in that way will reflect on all pages, not only on category / subcategory pages. What you can do for a specific page only is remove certain titles that appear by default (for example: "Let's see what's new here"), or the default clip art. In short, can you specify what exactly you want to change? Lana
socal_kl Posted November 30, 2007 Author Posted November 30, 2007 when a category is clicked, sub categories show up i and the pics are touching the "Category Name Box" and i wanna make the cellpadding/spacing a little more so its down off the edge of the box. or even a break line. one way or another i just need to know the page and i thought maybe it would be the split_page_results but ive been messing around with it and haven't had much sucess. Sorry for late reply - I've been away. I still think that the only way you can implement the changes you want is through stylesheet.css.
