Odd URL showing up in AWStats

I need a little help. I was checking my Awstats and found a URL that dont look right. Never have seen it in the list before. Here is the URL: http://adamsdecorandgifts.com/%7Eadamsdec/index.php. When it is click it goes to my idex.php.

 

The other url is in the "Links from an external page (other web sites except search engines) " part of the Awstats page. http://secure.hostmonster.com/%7Eadamsdec//index.php. When this url is pulled up, it will go to my index.php, but it isnt secure like the url leads it to be. Has any one heard of this, or seen this???

The '%7E' is internet explorer's way of parsing the symbol '~'

 

You should rename the folders '~adamsdec'.
