shipping module use states code instead of states name

is there any shipping module like this?

 

i can divide states/countries into group (enter states/countries code, zone code instead of their name)

shipping fee is calculated depends on weight or price

Have you tried entering just the 2 letter state codes instead of the full name?

I have the module set up for 4 different shipping methods, ( 4 separate modules) and have entered the state both as "Florida" and as "FL" or Ohio/OH in the customer detail page when creating an account for testing purposes and the shipping module, although I have entered the state names in the "Regions" area, calculates correct shipping with just the 2 letter code.

 

PM me and I'll try and help, although I am by no stretch of the imagination and expert.
