GIFT Email goes to Junk

Hello,

I set up an audio/mp3 store and all works very well. I also set up a gift service and this worked well too until today. The concept of the gift service is someone buys a product and an internal email is generated to send an email with a link to the "giftee". The problem that has come up is that some people are having the emails end up in the Junk folder.

Has anyone else run into this and is there a cure?

On a side note when people log on it sends them their email fine. This is only for the gift emails some people do and some people don't.

Thanks in advance

It really isn't anything specific causing it to be junked most likely.. with our newsletter, i can send it to 20 email addresses, check all 20 email addresses from the same computer, and 1/3 of them show up as being junk email. Even two diffrent computers, using same version of outlook, same email account, exact same email (having left it on the server to ensure they were the same) one machine says it's junk, the other dosn't.

Excatly. So anyone have any ideas. I would have it if someone sent out a gift and it never arrived because it went to the junk file. Has any one sent it up to show the senders email instead of the store email?
