Secondly, as I have never before used zones I had deleted them all (apart from UK). When can I obtain the file needed to add all of the countries back into the right table? Thank you in anticipation. I have spent hours on this and am driving myself stupid!! :'( You will never learn if you don't try. And boy am I trying....!

I have spent hours on this and am driving myself stupid!! :'( It is either world zones or zones world contribution (it is one of them). Delete from the sql what you already have unless it drops the table.
