A question: I would like to have a shop where multiple retailers (physical shops) can put their products for selling them. Whenever a client wants to buy products then a different order will be made to each retailer that has the products ordered. Hope my question is clear.

You can simply using oscommerce for your online shop, and multiple retailers can assign their products into many categories.
