URGENT - Color Issue

My site has a black background and white centre

At the moment I have white text upon white back

I want to change this so all text shows as one color

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO LOOK AT THE STYLESHEET

It is not a stylesheet issue

Somebody has answered this question a good few weeks back but I can not find the answer in the forum
