abail34 Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 I have found a Shipping module in contributions i want to add to my admin, i am using core ftp programme but don't really know what i am doing. How do i find the correct directory, download it, install the new module, and re-upload it again. I am trying to install the Table Rate with quantity option but the install instructions are a bit vague for a newbie like myself. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. :-" :-" :-"
Jack_mcs Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Once you connect to your site with your ftp program, you need to get into the directory holding your site. If it is located in the root, then it is most likely in the public_html or httpdocs directory (depending on your setup). If it is a sub-directory, like catalog, then it would be in public_html/catalog, for example.
