DEAFULT_CURRENCY definition lost

I have made a mistake when tryoing to sort out currencies, I cannot now find the define('DEFAULT_CURRENCY') string. Must have deleted it. Where should this be (in application_top.php?), and what should the code be?

thought I had lost that too, found it in the wee hours of the morning though. Problem sorted.

 

Now all I have to do is find a way to get Worldpay payment processing working.. :?
