how do I find products which exist in 0 quantity from admin

I see in the configuration a place to enter a number for when products must be reordered.

 

However, I'm seeing no link in the admin to actually produce a report of which products must be reordered.

 

What is the easiest way from the osc admin to list products that exist in a quantity of 0?
