Guest Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 So I posted in thread earlier in the support page for a person who needed a fast way to manage oscommerce products. I dont know if its been posted anywhere else, however none the less Ide thought I share it here too. I use osCommerce Product Manager.opensource, fast and easy to use.http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/oscpmwin/ I take no credit in the software itself so props to the team or person who made this. Cheers!
web-project Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 I don't recommend to use, as if you have few contributions like extra images all of them will be ignored as this software is designed to manage original without any modifications oscommerce software. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Thanks for the heads up, but since this is such a new post, has anyone ever tried it with a heavily modified site? Would like some feedback on it. I have a heavily modified site and want to be able to manage it offline and upload all the changes at once...or at least have the option to do so. If anyone else has feedback, please post.
reuben005 Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 does it work with customer groups addon? i think its called seperate price per customer...
Krisz1 Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 I don't think so, it just uses default parameters. For those who have a non-modified store (or at least, with contributions that do not interfere with what this program does), it's ok to use it. I have a (small?) store with over 350 products; added a few contributions that manage totalization and payment methods, and I use oscpmwin. I like this program as it helps me mantain my catalogue faster.. Although I wished the author could continue to develop this software.
