Duplicated Entries In Admin Config

I have just started to setup OSC but have noticed double entries in admin/config. ie there are two seperate editable lines for allow guest to tell a friend, display cart after adding a product , store address and phone plus many others.

 

Has this happened to anyone else, and does anybody know how to fix this?
