Desktop Application/Editor Software?

Hello-

 

We are currently looking for a software application that we can link with our OSCommerce store and open it from our machines, using it as a software program. I have found 1 that works fairly decent, but there are some features that are unavailable through that application. The /admin editing of the catalog just isn't cutting it anymore and has become very confusing at times, especially when adding larger amounts of products and having to create different categories for each.

 

Please post up any/all suggestions, information or links to where we can find such software.
