Download Order information into Excel?

I am setting up oscommerce to work with registration for a trade show.... and I want people to be able to sign up for different classes, and such.

 

Is there a way that I can log into the control panel, and download all of the information into excel.... somehting like what an easy populate file would look like.... That way I can easily see HOW MANY people have signed up for a particular class, and be able to reference them at the show.... etc.

 

If there is a contribution to do something like this... or manipulation... any help is appreciated.
