using IP address in Admin area

I spend a lot of time at my work computer and wish to access my control panel of my site while on my work computer. If I enter the IP address of my site instead of my DNS name - it is not restricted by my workplace internet filter.

 

Is there a way I can have a rewrite entry for site.com/catalog/admin to IPADDRESS/catalog/admin?

 

The reason is my site is selling underwear, swimwear and art prints which is blocked by the company web filter.

 

 

Any tips would be much appreciated.
