SQL instruction for changing product-option products whole (sub)category

I have a Product Category called "Accesories" which contains several thousands of articles. I'd like to adjust the weight of each item in that category to 50 grams in one time, instead of adjusting the "Products Weight:" option seperate for each article. Does anyone know the proper SQL instruction for PHPadmin to accomplish that.

Same for all the articles in the subcategorie "Rings" of this category "Accessories" for which I would like to adjust the weight to 20 grams.

I'm no SQL expert, so any help is welcome :thumbsup:
