Discount on opening an account

Hey,

 

Does anyone know of a contrib or has successfully managed to automatically offer a discount when a user opens an account?

I want to offer new users to my shop a 5% discount when they sign up to my store.

Hi,

 

I have the SPPC contribution installed on our site, and have modified the code so that when someone registers, it allocates them to the "Registrered" customer category, which has a discount off the RRP listed.
