Still having footer problems

Been at this for a week now. I finally found in english.php the ability to put my forum banner in the footer. The only problem is, I wanted it BELOW the box. not in the bottom box. I want the box to end at "powered by Oscommerce", then the forum banner.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
