I am new to OsCommerce. I have built pages in frontpage and dreamweaver, but don't know code at this point. Is there a way to edit pages in here in a graphical manner not just using code?

Just use a text editor.

 

You can loadload wamp or xamp, install it on your pc, install osc in the local host and see your changes instantaneously (well after you hit refresh).
