oscnoobie Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Hi All, Hopefully someone can help me with this issue. I recently moved my site from /catalog to the root directory. Now I can't login to my admin account, it'll prompt for my username and password, but when I entered it, I always get an incorrect message. I'm pretty sure that the login name is correct, anyone know how to deal with this issue? Thanks.
♥geoffreywalton Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Please post the "incorrect" message. Have you tried to change the admin password through the ISP admin panel (cpanel or equivalent)? Also did you edit the 2 configuration files (configure.php), one in the /dmin/includes area and one in /includes to reflect the directory change?
