Order Editor .. miss the street of the shipping address

 

Hello,

 

I install this contribution but i have one problem in admin for all the orders end new clients ... I dont find the shipping address & number, the Customer Address it's ok the Billing Address it's ok but ... i dont konw what to do for the shipping address ... pls help, here is some pictures of the problem

pls let me know wich file from what folder .... to put (copy paste) here like this may be someone gonna understand where is the problem
