Change main title

How do I change the main title. OSCOMMERCE

It depedns on your version. In all of them, you can edit the title in includes/languages/english.php. For some, you can edit it in admin->Configurations->Store Name. Doing either will only allow you to change the title site-wide, which is not a good idea. You should install a meta tags contribution, like the Header Tags Controller, for best results with the search engines.

H Not really sure where to start looking. I have found th english.php file but dont know what to change.

Try searching the file for the current title. Also look in the includes/languages/english/index.php file.

I have looked in the file but do not knw what to look for, sorry but I know nothing about php. I hav found in the configuration to change the shop name and done that but it still says the same.

I think i need to remove the link from the page but do not know where it is.
