Minimum Order Contribution

Hello,

 

The contribution here: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1250, allows you to set a minimum order amount along with (I think) some user friendly comments being placed somewhere along the order trail. Seems like a good idea.

 

Dumb question. This contribution has an "sql" file which contains some info which you presumably have to insert into your database manually. Using say, phpadmin, how exactly do you do this? Some step by step instructions would be helpful. :) I've backed up my database file because the chance for screwing this up seems rather large.

 

I should be able to manage the modifications to the PHP files, OK.

 

A little help here would be much appreciated. Anybody?
