Problems with my NAVBAR

Dear friends,

 

I have a problem and I coudn´t found a solution for this.

 

In my NAVBAR after a lot of modifications apears Home/Catalog/My acount

 

The problem is when I click for example in the information box "Privacy".

The page loads ok and my NAVBAR shows Home/Catalog/My account

 

The link My account is clickeable and links to the privacy page, but the title is My account instead of Privacy

¿How can I change this?.
