Hi,

I am asking all of you to help me out solve this problem. I was searching the forum but could not find/solve my problem.

I have installed OSC and I can not setup shipping table module to calculate shipping price in grams. All my products are between 20 grams and 2.5kg. I am also mising the default shipping unit and I do not know if that option needs to be turned on, or my OSC version to be upgraded. However, I have setup shipping table like this:

Enable Table Method

True

Shipping Table

0.020:0.65,0.100:1.25,0.250:2.10

Table Method

weight

Handling Fee

0

Tax Class

--none--

Shipping Zone

--none--

Sort Order

0

Package Tare Weight: set to 3

Like I said I am missling default shipping unit and can not set it to grams. I do not know what to do more. I tried a lot different ways (maybe wrong ways) and still no success. Who ever knows how to fix this, please help me out on this one!!! Thank you very much in advance!!!

There is no shipping unit in osC 2.2 (there is in osC 3 but that is not ready yet, the documentation refers to osC 3). It is just a number. Could be in coconuts if that works for you. But since shipping companies like to work with pounds and kilograms using coconuts is not practical.

I assume you will have to set your table rate in grams too:

20:0.65,100:1.25,250:2.10

Read the docs please. Maybe you have to make more settings for cases over 250 or perhaps you set a free shipping over xxx?

Thanks guys for all your answers. I have solved the problem. It calculates weight now and shipping price correctly.

Thank you again!
