Guest Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 HELP PLEASE!! I'm the user (not programmer). My site: www.QuiltersObsession.com using the OS commerce shopping cart and 'reaches out' to USPS rate tables. Apparently USPS made some type of change recently and it is adversely effecting my website's shipping calculations. No matter what type of service my customer selectes (USPS first class, parcel post, priority, or express), they are billed for express!!! (thus overcharged). Many are not placing orders and I'm losing business because of this!! I called USPS on Wednesday and they said, 'yes, they made a change' and that I have to contact my shopping cart provider-OS Commerce. DO ANYONE OF YOU HAVE CODE THAT CORRECTS THIS? PLEASE?!!! My programmer is away for holiday and I'm hoping if I can help find the info that he needs, it will make the correction faster. THANKS SO MUCH!!! Debbie [email protected]
