indexing more often

At moment i have a site its getting optimized and is getting backlinked and allsorts.

As its my site i am abit biased so think its pretty good.

I would appreciate independent opinion.

 

Also at moment my site has page rank 1, but id like to get it indexed more often not sure how i can do that any ideas.
