bluewave Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 When customers create their accounts they enter their contact information (phone, fax), but this information is not sent to us with their orders. And under "Customer Details" (Configuration > Customer Details) I only see Gender, Date of Birth, Company, Suburb, and State. No PHONE number :-( Is this the reason we don't receive their phone numbers with their orders? Is it possible to add a Phone Number to "Customer Details" page? Thank you for your help.
