IE7 redirect issue

Hi there, this is my first post having been working with oscommerce for a few weeks now,had scoured the forumsbut I can't find any help with this issue, it seems that if I enter a manufacturer URL and try to go there through the link in IE7 it fails to pass the &osCsid string and get the url, whereas if I try to visit the URL in firefox it opens the link with no problem, heres an example of the link I get on the opened blank page when trying to visit the manufacturer URL in IE7:

I noticed that in firefox there is some kind of passed session code on the bottom of the browser when the links redirecting that seems to be missing from IE7

and if I look at the link properties in firefox the above exampleis what I get, unlike in IE7.

 

I have made sure cookies are enabled, I just can't figure out whats happening to stop redirects working correctly within IE, please can anyone help me with this issue I have been trying to fix it for two days now :'(
