Trying to show Paypal Verified sign in Right Column

I am trying to show the Paypal verified seal down the right hand side of my shops frnt page (Index) I have included all the relevant bits and bobs but can get it to show Information that my help in the quick fix:

 

1) I have managed to get it to show in the footer.php which looked really bad.

 

2) I looked in the manual fot the Add Right Column Define instructions thinking that may be the problem but I could not figerthat instruction out.

 

3) I am using OSC MS2.2 which has minimal modification only a custom template all the rest of the code files are intact nothing crazy done to the main core of the application.

 

4) The Mod that I am trying to install is "Paypal Verified Infobox v1.3" I I have changed the "catalog/includes/boxes/paypal_verified.php" code to reflect my payment modules that I have got installed:

 

From (Originally had MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_IPN_ID and I changed it to MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_ID) as I have not yet completed the Paypal IPN 2.2.3 mod install as of yet.

 

Anyone Please, please help as this is totallly doing my head right in. Every attempt at trying to fix this I have to reverse because I medded up the main template design: https://www.sellitor-sales.co.uk/shop/index.php is where I would like the verified Paypal logo installed (Right side column of the page)
