Tax label missing from checkout_confirmation.php

Hi,

 

For some reason, on one installation of oscommerce, the 'tax' label is missing from checkout_confirmation.php (see image)

 

 

I've hunted high and low and can't find where it could be wrong - can someone offer a suggestion? The language file seems ok.
