PLEASE HELP Payments don't always go through after moving catalog

I really need help with this problem, I will pay to get this fixed/debuged, it's urgent.

 

Before we launched the new site, we din't have this problem.

 

 

The OSC store was originaly located at www.xxxxxxx.com/store so we could design it while the old one was still fonctional at www.xxxxxx.com

 

 

When it was completed, with all products entered, we deleted the old website, and moved the new one to www.xxxxxx.com and that's when the problem started.

 

 

The 2 configure files seems to be well edited.

 

 

Here's the problem:

 

1- A costumer creates an account:

2- After choosing a product they want to buy they click checkout, they select their shipping option and then click "continue":

3- Than, when they select the default OSC credit card module as a payment option, they enter the credit card information and then click "continue":

4- Than, they get to the "order confirmation" page and confirm buy clicking "confirm order":

5- Than, sometimes it goes to the proper "finished" page and everything is perfect, the transaction goes through, I get the email confirmation and it appears in the admin:

But frequently it doesn't process the order, so no email confirmation and no order in the admin section, it just goes back to the "Payment Information" page and all credit card info is lost:

A few costumers reported this problem. I was also able to reproduce it by placing an order, it didn't go through the first 3 times and then the 4 time it when through.. So it's random, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.. Result, costumers don't retry the order to make sure they don't get charged twice (not knowing it's an offline process) and call us, or they try a few times and after a few attempts they give up and probably go buy eslewhere...

 

What could be causing this? Any solutions?

 

And like I said I will pay for this to be debug.

When it comes back to the payment model is their any error messages on top of page? IF there is an error in your payment that could cause it to come back to the payment model....Also you may want to check the payment model program and see if their are any blank lines at the bottom of the program if their is remove it, past the ?> line.

Hi Roman, thanks for your reply, no, there is no error messages on top of page. I placed many orders with multiple accounts so I don't think there is any error in my payments that could cause it to come back to the payment model. I will check if there is any blank in the payment model lines..

What is the payment model program?

 

Anyone else can help me or refer me to a good company that offers PHP/OScommerce services.. Anyone knows about http://www.conceptlaboratory.com? Thanks
