socal_kl Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Hi, First off, I would have searched for this, but I'm not really sure how to go about wording it to search. This is the problem; I recently just moved from one host to another host and I've come across some serious problems. Thinking back on the transfer now on the new hosting, I didn't go through an install process when I uploaded it to the new hosting server? Is that normal (this is my first transfer). This is where I really don't know where to go or what to do. On the back end of my osC (/admin) everything "looks" normal, but when I go to Tools-->File Manager. NONE of my files show up. Random folders/subfolders show up that I've never seen before. No images folder, no admin folder, no includes, etc etc. I find that weird considering I'm in the /admin part of the website... but the folder is no where to be found? The site runs fine, all pictures showing up, links working properly and everything but where are they?! Another problem, the biggest is in my Moduels-->Shipping/Payment etc. theres NOTHING in any of those categories, no UPS no USPS, no Paypal nothing at all. So when they go to check out they get no options what so ever to choose from. After seeing this I decided to check the File Manager provided by the hosting. Surprizingly enough, all the files that aren't in the osC backend, are there. The admin folder, images, includes and so on. Did I transfer the site from A to B incorrect?
