Attributes Copier bug... making me go hmmm

Now, I know this is probably something simple to figure out...It's just that my knowledge of how all these things come together is even simpler.

 

Can someone tell me where I need to be looking? As you can see....my OSC is one file lower than my root...I have a home page that will link into the shop. Could that me the problem? If so...can someone give a clueless person a clue on what to do?
