Guest Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 was it a paypal order? If so, then they weren't redirected back to your site to complete the order after making payment, and therefore the order wasn't completed. There are various paypal contributions and forum discussions to address this. Also consider the Master Password contribution to login as your customer and view the contents of their cart as well as be able to check them out yourself (not paying again, of course) to complete the transaction. -jared

♥Vger Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 Install the osCommerce Pay Pal IPN v1.4. If the customer does not return to your site you will have a record of the order listed as "Preparing [Pay Pal IPN]" Of course you will still have to check your emails - but you have to do that anyway if you run an online store. Vger
