Order Logging - Fails after Paypal

After payment is made on PayPal, i get a receipt but I do not get a record of what products have been ordered. I am reading and working on the corrections given on the forum but is there a way to find this information on a customer order that was not logged in?. Payment was made reciept was sent (PayPal), no order in the "Orders" section in Admin.
